At CCT, when we say we are a full-service caterer, we mean it. Our award-winning executive chef, Jeff White, can create unique, delicious hors d’oeuvres, entrees, salads and side dishes. We have three main packages available, Ruby, Emerald and Diamond (see elsewhere on this site), all with vast choices of top-quality seafood, poultry, beef, pork, pasta, vegetarian options, salads and side items. Jeff also can prepare exquisite desserts, from chocolate mousse to crème brulee.

While we believe our food choices are the best of any caterer in this area, we don’t stop there. We offer coffee services, floral and table arrangements, carving stations, baked potato stations, chocolate fountains, even a margarita machine. Best of all, we can handle the set up and break down of all the tables and chairs, an open or cash bar set up (with certified bartender) and then a total facility cleaning when the party’s finished.
